Boogie Bop at Theative Performing Arts is an energetic and fun-filled dance class designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers. This unique program blends the basics of jazz, street dance, and creative movement, creating an exciting introduction to dance for our youngest movers. Perfect for children aged 18 months to 4 years, Boogie Bop is all about rhythm, creativity, and joy, helping young dancers build confidence and develop a love for dance in a playful and engaging environment.

In Boogie Bop, children are encouraged to explore their imagination and express themselves through movement. With upbeat music and lively dance routines, each class is a high-energy adventure that keeps little ones engaged and excited to learn. Guided by our experienced instructors, dancers learn simple jazz steps, street dance moves, and creative dance elements, all while developing coordination, balance, and musicality.

We offer Boogie Bop as a parent-and-child class for ages 18 months to 3 years, providing a special opportunity for bonding and shared enjoyment. Parents join in the fun, dancing alongside their children and creating lasting memories. For children aged 3 to 4 years, we offer independent *Boogie Bop* classes, where young dancers attend on their own, fostering independence and self-expression.

To extend the fun, we also offer some of our parent-and-child Boogie Bop classes as part of our Dance + Play sessions. These sessions include a 30-minute dance class followed by free play and social time. Children can enjoy toys and interact with friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment, while parents can socialise and enjoy refreshments. It's the perfect way for young dancers to burn off energy, learn new skills, and make new friends!
