Lydia first became involved in the world of dance through her daughters’ training at a local school in West Yorkshire. Inspired by the sense of community and the transformative power of the arts, she decided to specialise as a virtual assistant supporting performing arts schools across the country.

Before becoming a stay-at-home mum, Lydia built a career in business administration and HR, where she developed her strong organisational skills and a natural flair for client support. This background, combined with her personal connection to the dance world, makes her perfectly placed to understand the needs of both parents and pupils.

Now working with Theative, she is excited to support our families and ensure every parent and pupil has a smooth and positive experience.
