What an awesome week we had back in August for our Sleeping Beauty Summer Camp!
You may have already realised that we go 'full out' (to use the dancer's term) with everything we do at DMD, but especially so for our camps and events. For each camp up to 30 children ranging in age from four to eleven years come and join us for 5 days jam-packed with creative and performing arts activities.
We had lots of children coming to join us this year and even some from overseas! Our sleeping beauty camp was an immersive experience for the children to dive into this iconic story and develop their own performance and creative skills.
On the final day, we invite their grown-ups along to watch a short performance of everything we have been making during the week!
Our next Summer Camp will be held on 3rd-7th August 2020 for a frosty extravaganza! See you there!
